SUPPLIER DIVERSITY

Actively undergoing internal efforts to review Arctaris vendors against a checklist and questionnaire to direct spend towards more minority and women-owned businesses.

EMPLOYEE HIRING, ONBOARDING, & RETENTION

In recruitment of new employees, Arctaris takes an active approach, targeting industry groups, student clubs, and diversity focused recruiters. All Arctaris employees actively participate in an annual training workshop joined by Arctaris advisory board and strategic partners.
