Katherine joined Arctaris in 2021 and serves as a Vice President. She is responsible for all phases of the investment process and management of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Katherine was an Associate in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs where she focused on early-stage tech-enabled healthcare companies with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and various equity issuances and debt financing transactions. Prior to that, she worked at an early-stage healthcare technology company as it transitioned from a startup incubator through raising seed capital. Katherine began her career on Capitol Hill as an advisor to U.S. Senator Tim Scott, a co-author of the Opportunity Zone legislation, and U.S. Representative Reid Ribble.

Katherine earned a BS in Biology from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from MIT Sloan with a focus on finance. In her free time, she likes to travel, cook, ski, and ride horses.

Mandy joined Arctaris in 2020 and serves as the Director of Impact Measurement. She is primarily involved in all phases of the deal process and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Mandy was the COO of Tsinghua x-lab Social Innovation Hub and Principal at Venture Avenue, an early-stage impact fund. She worked with social entrepreneurs to develop their business models and provided them with seed-stage investments. Mandy also provided consulting services to the Asian Development Bank to search for inclusive businesses that create jobs and increase workers’ income.

Prior to her role at Venture Avenue, Mandy was an associate with Morgan Stanley Hong Kong and experienced with equity electronic trading. Mandy spearheaded events for HK+Acumen group to promote impact investing in Hong Kong and to raise funds for local social enterprises. In addition, Mandy has worked for the United Nations International Labour Organization in Geneva and Nomura Securities in Hong Kong.

Mandy earned a BS in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was the president of HBS Impact Investing Club. In her free time, Mandy explores mindfulness practices, such as yoga and meditation, travels, and paints.

Gina joined Arctaris in 2020and serves as Controller. She is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and reporting, coordinating the annual audit, and liaising with tax experts for filings.

Prior to Arctaris, Gina worked at private equity firms in Boston specializing in forestry, agriculture, and communications as well as in Dublin, Ireland focused on private equity real estate. In her past roles, she was tasked with establishing procedures and processes to streamline the accounting function and developing efficiencies where possible.

Gina earned a BS in Business and a MS in Accounting, both from South New Hampshire University,and a MS in Hospitality Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.

In her free time, Gina enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling. She currently resides in Boston with her husband.

Halina joined Arctarisin 2021 and serves as Controller. She is responsible for managing quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other standards. She works closely with external auditors and tax professionals to coordinate annual audits and tax return preparation. Her background is in hedge fund and private equity fund administration services.

Prior to Arctaris, Halina led operations in a boutique venture capital firm that invested in early stage fintech companies. She oversaw budgeting, managed month-end reporting, implemented internal controls, and assisted with regulatory compliance.

Halina earneda BA in Business Administration from IUP Management et Gestion des Entreprises (Clermont-Ferrand, France), a BS in Economics from Gomel State University (Belarus), and an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.

Cindy joined Arctaris in 2020 and primarily supports the firm’s partners out of the Chestnut Hill office. She is responsible for assisting with firm operations, vendor management, fund reporting, marketing materials preparation, and scheduling.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Cindy worked in sales and marketing in the environmental, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

Cindy holds a BBA focused in Marketing from Providence College in Providence, RI. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cheering on Boston sports teams, and traveling.
