Sebastian Dannhoff

Sebastian joined Arctaris in 2025 and serves as a Senior Associate. As a member of the investment team, Sebastian works across the entire deal process and supports portfolio companies in their operational and strategic decision-making.

Prior to Arctaris, Sebastian was an Investment Professional at Fedelta Partners, a Phoenix-based Family Office. Previously, he spent multiple years as a Management Consultant for Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger in Munich, Germany, focusing on the transportation, infrastructure, industrials, and private equity sectors.

Sebastian earned a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He also holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, where he focused on Security Studies. Sebastian is originally from Germany and in his free time likes to work out, ski, golf, hike, watch soccer, and learn about history and politics.
