Katherine joined Arctaris in 2021 and serves as a Vice President. She is responsible for all phases of the investment process and management of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arctaris, Katherine was an Associate in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs where she focused on early-stage tech-enabled healthcare companies with
mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and various equity issuances and debt financing transactions. Prior to that, she worked at an early-stage healthcare technology company as it transitioned from a startup incubator through raising seed capital. Katherine began her career on Capitol Hill as an advisor to U.S. Senator Tim Scott, a co-author of the Opportunity Zone
legislation, and U.S. Representative Reid Ribble.
Katherine received a BS from College of William and Mary and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
