Carson Pavelec

Arctaris Annual Impact Report: Financial Innovation. Community Impact.

Carson joined Arctaris in 2025 and serves as an Analyst. As a member of the investment team, he is responsible for all stages of the deal process and strategic management of portfolio companies.

Prior to Arctaris, Carson was a Consultant at Deloitte within their M&A practice. He primarily focused on financial services clients providing value creation and restructuring services.

Carson holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from Boston College. Outside of work, Carson enjoys playing golf, hiking, and reading a good book.
